Enrollment Guide (Android Enterprise)
This guide will explain how to enroll your device(s) using the Enrollment ID provided by Tasklet Factory.
There are three steps to follow:
Factory resetting the device.
Enrolling the device using an Enrollment ID.
License and finalize the installation.
Step 1: Factory Resetting the Device
To factory reset the device, follow the steps below.
Expand here for Zebra specific steps:
Open Settings.
Go to System.
Go to Reset options (it might be necessary to tap Advanced first).
Select Erase all data (factory reset) - it is important not to select the “enterprise reset” option.
Select Erase all data and confirm.
The device will now be factory reset and restarted. This process can take a few minutes.
When it has restarted, the device is ready for the next step.
Step 2: Enrolling the Device using an Enrollment ID
You must factory reset the device before trying to enroll it.
After the device has been factory reset and rebooted, you should be presented with the default Android welcome screen.
Select Start or Continue.
Continue the setup and connect to your Wi-Fi network.
When asked if you want to copy your apps and settings, press Don’t Copy.
When asked to sign into your Google account, enter afw#mobicontrol in the email field and press Next.
On the following few screens, press Next, and then Accept and continue.
When the process is done and the SOTI MobiControl app opens, enter the enrollment ID provided by Tasklet Factory and press Enroll.
The device is now enrolled.
Verification of Setup
Once the device is enrolled, you can verify the installation by performing the following steps:
Open the SOTI MobiControl app on the device:
Verify that the Agent Status is “Connected”. If it is not connected, try reconnecting it.
Step 3: License and Finalize the Installation
Before the device can be used, it must be licensed and the Mobile WMS app installed.
Licensing:
If the device was licensed before it was factory reset, it will automatically download the license file again.
If the device is new, please raise a ticket at our service desk to have the device licensed.
Installing Mobile WMS
After enrolling the device, it is placed in the New Devices folder in MobiControl. However, the Mobile WMS app is not automatically installed in this folder, so the device needs to be moved to a Test or Production folder instead: How to move devices between folders in MobiControl
When the device has been licensed and the Mobile WMS app has been installed, it is ready to use.

Package not found error, please see: Package not found

Frequently Asked Questions
My device is stuck on “Enrollment in progress”:
If you have trouble enrolling devices, the firewall may not have opened yet. See Network Requirements for MobiControl
You can also try enrolling the device using another Wi-Fi network, such as a mobile hotspot.If you haven't entered afw#mobicontrol when asked to sign in to your Google account, the device is enrolled incorrectly, and the process must be restarted, starting with a new factory reset.
This error can occur if the device is logged in and the Google Play Store is used to download MobiControl.You can use the same Enrollment ID for other devices of the same model.
If you have devices with another model or a different manufacturer, inform Tasklet, and we'll provide or update the Enrollment ID.
