How to remote control Mobile Device

On the old Mobi Control server use this URL and log in with the credentials provided by Tasklet Factory:

On the new Mobi Control server use this URL and log in with the credentials provided by Tasklet Factory:

In both cases, click on the icon next to the scanner you wish to remote control and find "Remote control"

Or Click the device name:

And then click the remote control icon in the top:
