I need to connect my device to MobiControl
Problem
My device is not connecting to MobiControl even though it is powered on and connected to a network.
Solution
- Unlock the device: I want to unlock a device.
- Make sure the device has access to the internet.
- Open the SOTI MobiControl app.
- Under the Device tab, check the Agent Status. It should say 'Connected', but since you are reading this article, it might say 'Disconnected'.
If the status is 'Disconnected', tap once on the Agent Status. The status should change to 'Connected', which means the device has successfully reconnected.
