How to record issues on a scanner
When there are issues on a scanner and you need to showcase them to Tasklet Support or if you need to show a workflow on a scanner then you can use the remote controls screen record function to capture a short video.
This function is only available when using the Legacy (plugin-based) remote control option.
To start the recording go to tools/video and then hit record:
Then just select OK then the recording starts:
Once the recording has started you can then stop or pause it using these buttons:
Once the recording has been completed then share it on your ticket.
