Deactivate a device in MobiControl

Problem

I have one or more devices that do not need a Mobile WMS License for a period of time; therefore, I need to deactivate them.

Solution

1. Unlock your device following: I want to unlock a device
   
   

2. Long press on  the Enrollment Status label and Click on Unenroll

   Open

   
   Open

   

3. The Mobile WMS app is now uninstalled and your device is unenrolled
