Problem:

My device shows the “License is not valid” error message and I can’t log in.

Solution:

This happens if the device has not been licensed.

The most usual scenario is a newly enrolled device that has not yet been assigned a license, but there might be other causes too.

To license the device, please create a ticket on our service desk.
