Package not found

Problem:

My device shows the “Package not found” error message when I’m starting Mobile WMS.

Error message: “Package not found” shown on the bottom of the screen

Solution:

This happens when the Mobile WMS app is not installed.

The most usual scenario is a newly enrolled device that has not yet been moved to a Test or Production folder in MobiControl but is still placed in the New Devices folder (in which Mobile WMS is not installed).

Usually, you can fix this issue by moving the device out of the New Devices folder, but there might be other causes for this error.
