Problem

After Mobile WMS is installed, I get a "Missing Permissions" message:

Sometimes, the error message says "Incompatible Device," but the solution is the same.

Solution

  1. Unlock the device to access the device's settings: I want to unlock a device


      2. Open Android Settings, choose "Apps & Notifications" and choose "Mobile WMS" to access the app info:




     3. Grant all permissions to the Mobile WMS app in "Permissions":


4. Change the device back to User Mode. You are now able to access Mobile WMS.
