My devices does not have the MobileWMS Profile in Datawedge
Problem
The MobileWMS profile does not appear in Datawedge:
Solution
We need to export and import a Datawedge profile (MobileWMS) from a working device to the other device.
Step 1
Go to MobiControl
Remote control a working device.
Make sure that these information are the same as the device that are missing the MobileWMS profile:
Model
Android Version
Firmware version
Open the working device
Unlock the device:

Close the MobileWMS app
Step 2
Go to DataWedge
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner
Click on "Settings"
Scroll down and click on "Export Profile"
Choose "MobileWMS" and click "Export":
Close Datawedge and open the MobileWMS app
Step 3
In the explore tool, follow this path and copy the "com.symbol.datawedge" folder to your computer:
click on the device → sdcard → Android → data → "com.symbol.datawedge":
Close the remote window
Step 4
Open and remote control the device that are missing the MobileWMS profile
In the explore tool, follow this path and paste in the "com.symbol.datawedge" folder from your computer:
click on the device → sdcard → Android → data → paste in the "com.symbol.datawedge" folder
Step 5
Go to DataWedge
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner
Click on "Settings"
Scroll down and click on "Import Profile"
Choose "dwprofile_MobileWMS.db":
Go back and now you will see the MobileWMS:

Open MobiControl on the device.
Long press the "back" - button
Click "User mode"
log in to MobileWMS
