Migration to Cloud
What is happening?
We are migrating our Service Desk to the Cloud.
We aim to have this process impact our customers as little as possible. So we can continue to give you the world-class support we are known for.
There will be a short downtime, and you will need to reset your password - both explained below.
When is this happening?
Service Desk Closed: During the weekend of 13th and 14th January 2024, our Service Desk will be down during the migration.
You cannot access Tasklet Factory Service Desk or create new tickets during this time. Your existing tickets are of course migrated to the new system and you will be able to continue on them after you have logged in.
New Service Desk: On the 15th of January the new Cloud Service Desk will be open.
What you should do
As this is a new system, a new password needs to be created for your account.

When this is completed, you are ready to experience the same high-quality service that Tasklet Factory is known for.
