Problem
I cannot enroll my scanner into MobiControl, when i enter my enrollent ID i get an error message.
Solution
1. Firewall port 5494 must be opened for outbound connections for MobiControl to work. The Mobicontrol Server has the IP address 77.243.63.56.
2. If you are having troubles enrolling devices, perhaps the firewall has not been opened yet, you can enroll the scanners by using a mobile phone by sharing the phones internet connection and connecting the scanner to the phone.
