MobiControl Servers
If you need to move devices from the old server to the new server for any of the above reasons, you simply have to perform the steps below.
It obviously requires that Tasklet Factory have done the preparation together prepare with you so that the devices are operational when they are moved.
At least you will need a new Enrollment ID for the new customer setup, which Tasklet Factory has prepared on the new server for the customer.

- First, you need to unlock the device, see (https://taskletfactory.atlassian.net/wiki/x/iJC0B): I want to unlock a device
- Afterward, you need to must Long-Press on the scanner (where the arrow is pointingpoints) with your finger for 2-4 seconds. This is in the Soti MobiControl app.

3. Now select the "OK" to Un-enroll the scanner (see picture below)A pop-up will ask if you want to unenroll. Press "Unenroll":

4. Type in the new Enrollment enrollment ID on the Un-enrolled now unenrolled device
Move the Device out of New Devices
Once the scanner gets is enrolled, it will be placed in the New Devices in MobiControl on the new server.
Here, the app will not be installed, so you will have to must move the device into to either the Production or Test folder. Please see this article for how to move the device: How to move devices between folders in MobiControl
