Problem
I cannot enroll my scanner into MobiControl, when i enter my enrollent ID i get an error message.
Solution
- Firewall port 5494 must be opened for outbound connections for MobiControl to work. Tasklet Factory's Mobicontrol Server has the IP address: 77.243.63.56
- If you are having troubles enrolling devices, and perhaps the firewall has not been opened yet, you can try to enroll the scanners by using a mobile phone by sharing the phones internet connection and connecting the scanner to the phone as this connection will not have any firewall.
