Information:
The OLD MobiControl has the following URL: https://mobi.taskletfactory.com/MobiControl/
The NEW MMove a scanner from the Old MobiControl server to the new MobiControl server:obiControl has the following URL: https://mob2.taskletfactory.com/MobiControl/
Please follow these steps on how to UN-enroll the scanners from the old MobiControl and then afterwards re-enroll the scanner on the NEW MobiControl:
- First you need to EXIT the WMS application (https://docs.taskletfactory.com/x/GoFPAg )
- You then afterwards need to Long-Press on the scanner (where the arrow is pointing) with your finger for 2-4 seconds.
- Now select the "OK" to Un-enroll the scanner (see picture below)
- And lastly you type in the new "Enrollment ID" given to you by Tasklet Factory
The following 4 steps will remove the scanner from the OLD MobiControl and re-enroll them on the new MobiControl
