Raise a Service Desk Ticket

  1. Login to the service desk, How to access Service Desk
  2. Search for a solution in the search window
  3. If you do not find any solution, clear the search field to raise a ticket
  4. Click on the appropriate category in the left hand side and then choose the ticket type in the right hand side
  5. Fill in the info and needed and click on Create
  6. You can now find the ticket, see Find My Service Desk Tickets
