Raise a Service Desk Ticket

- Login to the service desk, How to access Service Desk
- Search for a solution in the search window
- If you do not find any solution, clear the search field to raise a ticket
- Click on the appropriate category in the left hand side and then choose the ticket type in the right hand side
- Fill in the info and needed and click on Create
- You can now find the ticket, see Find My Service Desk Tickets
