Enable or disable notifications for specific Service Desk tickets
Problem: I am not getting email notifications about new comments on my Service Desk ticket.
Solution: If you are not getting notifications about updates on a specific ticket, notifications for that ticket might have been turned off.
If you don’t want any more notifications for a specific ticket, you can also turn off those notifications.
How to check if notifications are turned off or on
Navigate to the specific ticket at the service desk.
On the right side of the screen, check if notifications are set to on or off (see screenshot below).
If you want to change the current setting, click the text, and it will change.
Notifications are turned on, but I still do not receive notifications
Make sure to enable notifications and check your spam folder to ensure your email client is not marking the notifications as spam.
