Knowledge Base - Search issue

There is currently an issue that blocks users from searching in our Support Knowledge Base when signed into the Service Desk.
Note: This only affects search, so you can still view pages.

Atlassian is aware of the issue, and we hope it’s solved soon. But at this moment we don’t have a timeframe.

There are however a few workarounds

  1. Using search in the Service Desk: Our Knowledge Base is searchable directly from the Service Desk.
    Please click the magnifying glass icon, as shown here. This will give you a search field.

  2. Logging out of the Service Desk: If you log out of the Service Desk, then search in the Support Knowledge Base will function again.

  3. Incognito: If you open an incognito window in your browser, and go to our Support Knowledge Base - the search function will work as intended.

  4. Bing Search: Bing Search seems to have indexed our Knowledge Space, so if you search “Tasklet Factory” “and the desired support article” - for example “Tasklet Factory I cannot log in from mobile device”.
    Bing gives a result, as seen below.
