Batch Orders
Available in Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX2012/365FO version 3.13
Process manufacturing enables Co/By products. This is useful when you want to report as finished multiple products on the same order.
A batch order contains a formula, and on this you can enable Co and By products. Since this is a bit different from regular production orders, where you report as finished only 1 product, thus we have created a new menu item for batch orders in Mobile WMS.
This menu opens a list of batch orders with status "started". These orders are of the Formula Planning/Production type:

- Planning item
The batch order list shows the
- Main product
- Co-products
- By-products
When reporting as finished on a batch order, you open the order to get the lines with the main product, Co-products and By-products.
Registrations - Good Quantity
On each line you make registrations of good quantity.
Remark that item location is not a part of the registration process. Instead the location from the formula is used. This behavior is standard D365SCM when reporting as finished.
Registrations - Error Quantity
When you use the D365SCM client you typical register both the good and error quantities at the same time. We have optimized this part on Mobile WMS, so when you need register error quantities you select the button "Register scrap".
The registration is posted directly on the batch order, where as the other registrations are accumulated on the mobile device and gets posted once the "Post" menu is selected from the main menu.
