Problem
My scanner is "locked" and i cannot access my device settings for instance to change WiFi network.
Solution
To do this exit the MobiControl lockdown, From the “Start Mobile WMS” screen do the following:
for Android: “long press” the back button or if you are using remote control hit the "page-up" key and click administrator, and select administrator use the code “192837”
For Windows: click the menu button and select administrator use the code “192837”
To get Back in User Mode, simply “long press” the back button in the MobiControl app and choose "User Mode" in the menu or alternatively reboot the device.
