Problems scanning a barcode (Scan Info)
Problem
My scanner cannot scan a specific barcode, or the scan result is not what I anticipated.
Solution
There are several reasons why scanning a barcode does not have the desired result.
Use the "Scan info" tool to verify the barcode contents.
Opening "Scan Info" from the Main Menu
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Scan Info"
Opening "Scan info" from the login screen
Double-tap the middle of the screen.
