Troubleshoot high resource usage

Problem

The service tier running the SOAP communication with Mobile WMS, is using an unusually high amount of RAM/CPU or experience long-running SQL statements.

The problem could of course be with Mobile WMS, the base system or another third-party add-on.

Solution

Identify the real issue by looking for error messages or callstacks: 

  • On-Prem: Use the Event Viewer
  • Microsoft Cloud: Raise a support ticket on the particular tenant/admin center, so Microsoft can identify the issue
