On the old Mobi Control server use this URL and log in with the credentials provided by Tasklet Factory:
https://mobi.taskletfactory.com/mobicontrol/WebConsole/Home
Then simply right click the device you want to remote control:
On the new Mobi Control server use this URL and log in with the credentials provided by Tasklet Factory:
then either click on the 
icon next to the scanner you wish to remote control and find "Remote control"
Or Click the device name:
And then click the remote control icon in the top:
