This event is for non-warehouse locations only. Warehouse locations will create warehouse receipts in standard BC and is handled via the OnGetReceiveOrderLines_OnAfterSetFromWarehouseReceiptLine event.

Populate values in OrderLines-list displayed at the mobile device (derived from Purchase Line from purchase order with no associated warehouse document).
