Problems
1. When you are trying to remote control a device and the device screen does only show the Waiting for Screen, see below.
2. When you are trying to remote control a device, a message pops up: "This device already has an active remote control session" and pressing the left- Ctrl keys do not work - see below.
Solutions
If you are logged in Mob2, PartnerMob2 or PartnerMobi:
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- Select Script Type: Legacy
- Select Remote Control Fix
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect. Afterwards, you should be able to remote control.

- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- Select Waiting for Screen Fix
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect and then you should be able to remote control
