Problems

 1. When you are trying to remote control a device and the device screen does only show the Waiting for Screen, see below.

2. When you are trying to remote control a device, a message pops up: "This device already has an active remote control session" and pressing the left- Ctrl keys do not work - see below.


Solutions

If you are logged in Mob2, PartnerMob2 or PartnerMobi:

  1. Select the device in MobiControl
  2. Select Send Script
  3. Select Script Type: Legacy
  4. Select Remote Control Fix
  5. Click button Send Script

The device will turn black and then re-connect. Afterwards, you should be able to remote control.

  1. Select the device in MobiControl
  2. Select Send Script
  3. Select Waiting for Screen Fix
  4. Click button Send Script

The device will turn black and then re-connect and then you should be able to remote control
