Document Parameters
- Adding more configurability to the document parameters
- You can customize the registration flow for production orders, quarantine orders and barcode registration. This means you can simplify the registrations on the mobile device and thus make registrations even faster and less prone to errors because you don't have to focus on steps that are redundant.
- E.g., make 2 barcode registrations. All steps required is item number + barcode type + barcode + unit + quantity. This can be reduced to item number + barcode.

Document Queue
Working with responses and answers from the document queue, it is sometimes required to use the XML result in an XML viewer. Select all XML information and copy it, but a typical error occurs because it was not the complete XML result that was copied. This part is made easier. Just click the button to get the XML file.
Follow-up work is made easier by jumping directly to the referenced post from the document queue.
Unplanned Cart Move
- From the mobile device you will be able to move multiple items at the same time using a cart.
- You just scan items to your cart and when you want to unload, you can unload all or you drop off items in multiple locations.
Item Requirement - Project
- It is now possible to register item consumption on projects using item registrations.
Filters
- On the pages receive orders and pick orders we have now made it available to customize the filters from within the client. No extra coding is required.

License Plate is now supported for D365 for Finance and Operations in the original WMS (not the Warehouse Management).

Item Image Collector
- It is possible to take an image of a stock item, and attach it as the primary Item Image used in Dynamics 365FO.
Attach Image From Context Menu
- It is possible to attach an image to any data displayed on the mobile device, be it orders or order lines.
- Using the camera on the mobile device you can capture an image and attach it to the related content.
WildCard (*) In Lookup Filters
- Making it easier to search when using the menus “Location Content” and “Locate Item”.
Posting Flow Editor
- You can now set up extra steps to the posting process on the mobile device.
- For example, during posting of a product receipt you require additional information to be collected and archived on the product receipt journal.
Transfer Order – Over/Underdelivery
- When picking for a transfer order the standard parameter for over- and underdelivery is used.
Other News
- Additional bugs have been fixed
- Blank delivery date on receive order header caused a bad XML file structure
- Pick orders only to include sales order type “Sales Order”. Not “Item Requirement”
- Blank transfer order does not show up on the mobile device
- Parameter ‘Show transfer order’ when set to no, then actually not show the orders
- Add line to count journals
- Negative sales order lines are not shown under sales order lines picking.
- Count order lines are, when a registration has been made, complete in terms of scanning the next item. The line is not chosen when you scan the same item number again, but the next line with the searched value are found.

Displayline override
- Making it easy to add your own custom field value or texts onto the mobile device without the need for customization.
Default Warehouse
- You can now set up a default warehouse per user/group to enable faster access in the mobile device.
Return orders for purchase orders with negative quantity lines
- Purchase return orders are now possible using negative quantity lines on the purchase order.
One click setup
- First time installations is made even more simple and agile. Your installation process reaches success faster.
New menu icons can be set up from ERP (AX/D365 FO)
- In the event you have a new function you want to use on the mobile device, you can now easily make your own image to be used as the menu icon on the mobile device.
Item images in the Mobile WMS app
- Images can be helpful, so we have made it possible to enable images on the mobile device.
Other news
- Additional bugs has been fixed.
- Overdelivery - ordertypes, under certain conditions an error message "Not enough quantity to post" is received. Quantity is enough and a fix has been made.
- Show physical available inventory vs physical inventory.
- Cancelled purchase order lines are not shown.

Create Quarantine Order
- It is now possible to create a quarantine order from the mobile device. This is a powerful tool to have on your mobile device. F.x. you discover a defect emballage that might require repacking of the goods. Then you simply use the 'Locate Item' menu from the mobile device and create the quarantine order based on your known data.
Translations
- With Mobile WMS you get support for many languages. If you are in need to change these labels we have made it easier. From within the AX/365 you can easily make the translation and it will update on the mobile device nicely.
Online Validation during Pick
- During picking process you have the option to use online validation. F.x. if you pick a batch controlled item then it could be effective to have feedback immediately.
