Problem

I have one or more devices that for a period of time does not need a Mobile WMS License and therefore I need to de-activate it.

Solution

  1. Unlock your device following: I want to unlock a device - Support Knowledge Base - Tasklet Factory Docs
  2. Long press on  the Enrollment Status label and Click on Unenroll
  4. After that, the Mobile WMS app is un-installed and your device is Un-enrolled.
