Problem

My scanner cannot scan a specific barcode or the scan result is not what I anticipated.

Solution

There are several reasons why scanning a barcode does not have the desired result.

Use the "Scan info" tool to verify the barcode contents.

  1. Select "Settings" 
  2. Select "Scan Info"

Scanning the barcode will reveal the contents and type
