Print Label error

Print Labels "Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

Available in Mobile WMS for Dynamics AX/365FO

When trying to print a label, regardles if by IP or MAD-address.

Solution:

Common issue when receiving this error is that the tenant is AXDemo. This tenant only allows for preview and no physical print. When trying to make a physical print you would get this error.

Navigate to Mobile WMS/Setup/Parameters and then choose the tab named "Documents".

You can use a tenant named "COMMON" and this must in capital letters.

If you have your own tenant, then please use that.
