Problem
The pictures taken with the scanner are sent and delivered to the ERP system, but the images are missing from the transaction.
This usually occurs because the size of the image is too big and therefore not passed along.

Nav and BC OnPrem package size can be adjusted using this guide: Image Capture (8/10)
For BC Cloud, you need to change the camera resolution on the device:
- Open the camera in the application:
- Click on the cogwheel top right corner
- Change Picture Quality to "Low"
- Validate that pictures are now visible in BC.
