Problem

The Count function filter returns no matches.

If you are running NAV2018 with MOB4.3 or older, please verify you have applied NAV2018 Hotfix NTW-384: Set Dispatch-service External

 

Solution

Perform the setup described in the User Guide:

  • Section 6: PLANNED INVENTORY COUNTING

Remember

Warehouse or Not?

  • If Location uses Directed Pick And Put-away then the Counting journal and the Setup field used is:
    • Whse. Phys. Invt. Journal
  • Else
    • Phys. Inventory Journal

Release the Journal for Mobile


  1. Right click in the list and Select Edit List

  2. Check field Released to Mobil

  3. Create / Calculate Some entries in the journal for it to appear on the mobile device.
