No Receive Orders are visible

Problem

The Receive function returns no matches

Solution

Check and adjust the search filters (fig.1)

Location -filter

• Location code has a value on the Receipt/Order header

• Location code must be present on the document header - not just the lines.

Order Status

If receiving directly to an order - make sure it has status Released.

This applies to:

• Purchase Order

• Transfer Order

• Sales Return Order

Expected Receive Date

• Warehouse Receipt

  • The filter date must be higher than the ”Due Date” on the Receipt Line (fig. 2)

• Purchase Order

  • The filter date must be higher than the ”Expected Receipt Date” on the Order Header (fig. 3)

PO Number -filter

• Filter for specific Purchase Order.

Blank value will return all results.

Assigned User -filter

• Filter for specific User name.

Blank will return all results.
