For security-conscious customers who want to control when others can remote control their devices, we can accommodate that by setting the device connection mode to manual. This means that someone who has access to the device will have to connect it to MobiControl whenever either their partner or Tasklet Factory needs access to their devices.
We would add a shortcut to the lockdown screen to the MobiControl setup on the devices
In there, they can then click the agent status prompt once and that will initiate the connection
To disconnect the scanner they would likewise have to enter the MobiControl menu on the device and click the same Agent Status prompt again and it will then disconnect.
