Use this event to

Populate values in OrderLines-list displayed at the mobile device (derived from Purchase Line from purchase order with no associated warehouse document).
If your code is not specific for Purchase Order Lines consider using the OnGetReceiveOrderLines_OnAfterSetFromAnyLine event.
