Prerequisites

You have a service desk ticket, in which Tasklet Factory has shared amust Raise a Service Desk Ticket and share the following information:

  • Login (email)
  • A URL for Print
  • A password
  • A Tenant

Then we can assist you through the following steps.


Business Central

  1. Make sure you have a minimum Mobile WMS extension version 5.37 installed

  2. Go to Business Central
    1. Open "Mobile Print Setup"
    2. Go to field "Connection URL"
    3. Copy and paste this value
      https://cloudprint.taskletfactory.com:8086/
    4. Select the action "Test Connection" to ensure you have access to the new server

Step 1: Install the new objects version 

  • Make sure you have minimum Mobile WMS objects

  • version 4.53.1 or 4.60 installed

  • You must download the new objects from Tasklet University (4.53.2 or 4.60.1)
  • If you have version 4.53.1

    4. Paste in field Internet Address


Troubleshooting

Problem
Test Connection produces this error "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."


Solution
This is a known quirk. You have to press "Test Connection" one more time
 

Problem
"A call to System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse failed with this message. The remote server returned an error (404) Not Found."

Solution
You need to run Upgrade Codeunit 6181390

Problem
"A call to System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse failed with this message. The remote server returned an error (400) Bad Request.

Solution
Incorrect Tenant and/or Username and Password
