  1. The first step is to unlock the device with I want to unlock a device 
  2. Open a browser and input the Dropbox download link provided by Tasklet.
    It's recommended to follow this guide to copy-paste the link using MobiControl:  How to copy and paste using RemoteControl
  3. Please wait for the download to finish for Honeywell; it's a 1 GB+ file, so a decent connection is required.
  4. Once the download is complete, open the HUpgrader app, and in the top right corner, click on the three dots and choose the Select OTA from storage option.
  5. The upgrade starts automatically when you tap the downloaded file, and once it reaches 100%, you get prompted to reboot the device.
  6. Once the device starts up again, the device has been updated, and the device should present you with the lockdown screen.
  7. You can validate the version in MobiControl by checking the OEM version, which should now show the updated version.

  3. Wait for the download to finish.
  4. In MobiControl, select the device and run a script using the script provided by Tasklet on the ticket (remember to select to run the script in legacy mode if available).
    The script looks like this: Paste the script from the ticket that starts with install_system_update update  /sdcard/Download/HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U19-STD.zip 
    The first part is the command (install_system_update) that tells the device to perform an update, and the second part is the path to the firmware update file (/sdcard/Download/HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U19-STD.zip) on the device.
    The upgrade starts, you might need to click start, and once it reaches 100%...zip

  6. Once the device starts up again, the device has been updated, and the device should present you with the lockdown screen.
  7. You can validate the version in MobiControl by checking the OEM or LifeGuard version, which should now show the updated version.

  4. In Mobicontrol, run a script choosing "Legacy mode" - Copy the name of the downloaded file. It can be found in the Download folder under sdcard or in the ticket.
  5. Copy and Paste the script: sendIntent -s "intent:#Intent;component=com.datalogic.systemupdate/com.datalogic.systemupdate.SystemUpgradeService;i.action=2;S.path=/sdcard/Download/replaceThisWithTheFile.zip;i.reset=0;i.force_update=1;end"
  6. The upgrade starts, and once it is finished, you get prompted to reboot the device; you get that message that you can work while it updates, but we don't recommend it.
  7. Once the device starts up again, the device has been updated, and the device should present you with the lockdown screen.
  8. You can validate the version in MobiControl by checking the OEM version, which should now show the updated version.
