The goal is to explain how the app is used for data entry and what happens in Business Central after the registrations have been posted on the mobile device.
This guide is be used with the latest released version
Common for Unplanned functions are that they are not based on any order or document in Business Central. |
They are performed “ad-hoc” by the mobile user.

How “Unit of Measure” is handled by Unplanned Functions
"Unit of Measure" is only collected when needed.
You have two options to avoid registering units:
Scan barcodes associated with “Item Unit of Measures” in "Item References" in Business Central (Recommended)
Enable "Use Base Unit of Measure"-setting in Mobile WMS Setup (9/10).
All registrations are performed in the Items base unit - unless scanned as in the point above
The two options can be combined
