- Open the camera in the application
- Click on the "Gear" symbol in the top-right corner
- Change Picture Quality to: "Low"
- Change Image Size to: Lower i.e. 2MegaPixel
- Try to Attach Image and validate, pictures are now visible in Mobile Media Queue.
Solution: Stop device from attempting to attach image
The error message "Could not upload media - The <record name> does not exist" appears in the device log and you want stop the device from attempting to attach image.
Steps
- Remote control the device
- Use the File Explorer to delete the images from sdcard\MobileWMS -folder
