- The first step is to unlock the device with I want to unlock a device
- Open a browser and input the Dropbox download link provided by Tasklet.

- In MobiControl, select the device and run a script using the script provided by Tasklet on the ticket (remember to select to run the script in legacy mode).
The script looks like this: install_system_update /sdcard/Download/HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U19-STD.zip
The first part is the command (install_system_update) that tells the device to perform an update, and the second part is the path to the firmware update file (/sdcard/Download/HE_DELTA_UPDATE_01-30-04.00-OG-U19-STD.zip) on the device. - The upgrade starts, you might need to click start, and once it reaches 100%, you get prompted to reboot the device.
- Once the device starts up again, the device has been updated, and the device should present you with the lockdown screen.
- You can validate the version in MobiControl by checking the OEM or LifeGuard version, which should now show the updated version.
