Solution

  1. Select the device in MobiControl
  2. Select Send →  Script
  3. A Script Window will be shown
  4. Image Removed
  5. In the Dropdown choose Option: Select Waiting for Screen Fix
  6. Click OKbutton Send Script

The device will turn black and then re-connect and then you should be able to remote control
