2. When you are trying to remote control a device, a message pops up: "This device already has an active remote control session" and pressing the left- Ctrl keys do not work - see below.
Solutions
If you are logged in Mob2, PartnerMob2 or PartnerMobi:
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- SelectScript Type: Legacy
- Select Remote Control Fix
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect. Afterwards, you should be able to remote control.
If you are logged in Mobi: https://mobi.taskletfactory.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/
- Select the device in MobiControl
- Select Send Script
- Select (Can also be called 'Waiting for Screen Fix')
- Click button Send Script
The device will turn black and then re-connect and then . Afterwards, you should be able to remote control
