Problem
My scanner is "locked" and i I cannot access my device settings for instance to change the WiFi network.
Solution
To do this exit the MobiControl lockdown, From the “Start Mobile WMS” screen do the following:

To get Back in User Mode, simply “long press” the back button in the MobiControl app and choose "User Mode" in the menu or alternatively reboot the device.
