No Count Orders are visible

Problem

The Count function returns no matches.

Solution

Please perform the set up described in the User Guide:

Common issues

Is the journal empty?

Empty journals are not accessible from mobile.

• Create / Calculate Some entries in the journal for it to appear on the mobile device.
  

Is the Journal "Released for Mobile"

• Use the action "Release to mobile" if present
  or
• Right click in the list and Select Edit List
• Check field Released to Mobil
  

Does the journal location exists as in the mobile users "Warehouse Employee"-list

• The location must be assigned to the user in "Warehouse Employee"-list.

Advanced Warehouse or Simple

• If Location uses Directed Pick And Put-away then the Counting journal and the Setup field used is:
  
  • Whse. Phys. Invt. Journal
• Else
  
  • Phys. Inventory Journal
