Problem

The Receive function filter returns no matches.

Solution

Check the filters

Location 

Depending on the Location setup, make sure the relevant document is Released.

• Purchase Order
• Warehouse Receipt
• Warehouse Put-aways
• Inventory Put-aways
• Transfer Order
• Sales Return Order

"Location code" on the document must within the Location filter.

Expected Receive Date

• Warehouse Receipt
  • The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the Receipt Line. (fig1.)

PO Number

Filter for specific Purchase Order.

Blank value will return all results.

Assigned User

Filter for specific User name.

Blank will return all results.
