Problem

The Receive function filter returns no matches.

Solution

Adjust your search filters

Location 

If receing directly to an order - make sure it is Released.

• Purchase Order
• Transfer Order
• Sales Return Order

Also: "Location code" on the document header must within the Location filter - not just the lines.

Expected Receive Date

• Warehouse Receipt (Advanced Warehouse)
  • The filter date must be higher than the Due Date on the Receipt Line (fig. 1)
    
    
• Purchase Order (Basic Warehouse)
  • The filter date must be higher than the Expected Receipt Date on the Order Header (fig. 2)
    
    
    

PO Number (Purchase Order)

• Filter for specific Purchase Order.

Blank value will return all results.

Assigned User

• Filter for specific User name.
