How to: Create issues in Service Desk Cloud


Create issue

The layout of the new Service Desk is slightly different, let's have a look.

Current layout

If you log into the Service Desk now, you will get this menu.
To the left various topics, and specific issues or requests to the right.

New design

Here you are greeted by the same introduction text at the top, but the left menu is now the first choice in your journey to create an issue or request.

After you select a topic, e.g. Business Central / NAV - you can pick a specific issue or request.

Then it’s a matter of selecting the issue or request that fits your situation/need, filling out the required information on the following page, and submit.


Wrong Topic

Should you have selected the wrong topic on the main page, please click here to choose the correct one

This will give you a dropdown menu, where another topic can be selected

Then select the issue or request you have.
