Problem
This behavior can be caused by a print dialog, i.e. Save-as PDF.
When a dialog like this is triggered, the WebService handling SOAP communication from Mobile, will hang without any error message.
Solution
Does the operation performed from Mobile, entail printing a document?
If so, please verify:
- NAV "Printer Selection" points to the correct printer?
- The Service Tier User, has that printer installed in Windows "Printers"?
- Log into the server with the Service Tier user and install the printer
- The Default Printer on the server is NOT a PDF-printer or similar?
- Must be a real printerĀ
