Posting a “Positive Adjustment” using the “Unplanned Count” functionality of Mobile WMS in a “Directed Put-away and Pick” scenario, could cause an inventory and warehouse imbalance.
Description:
The issue was solved in Mobile WMS 4.03 for NAV (in documentation also referred to as version "4.30") in combination witb an upgrade of the standard NAV version. Both NAV and Mobile WMS needs to be upgraded to solve the issue.

You are running one of the following versions of NAV/BC:
- Mobile WMS 4.02 for NAV (or older) – in documentation also referred to as version "4.20"
- Mobile WMS 4.34 for BC (or older)
and/or: - NAV 2017 CU26 or higher
- NAV 2018 CU13 or higher
- Business Central On-Prem CU03 or higher
- Business Central Online
And you have the following setup
- Location is setup with ”Directed Put-away and Pick” = Yes
- Mobile WMS Setup is setup with “Skip Whse. Unpl. Count Item Journal Post” = No
