Blank Menu Configuration - AX2012

Issue:

Opening menu configuration and the window is blank. 

Solve problem: 

Menu configuration is caching ressources to give the user a better look and feel by using recognizable icons as they would look like on the mobile device. 

The icons are cached on the local client's file system. The user who opens the menu configuration does not have sufficient rights to the file system.
