Problem

The Pick function returns no matches

Check and adjust the search filters

Location -filter

Make sure that Warehouse/Inventory -Picks are Released on the selected Location


Create a Warehouse Pick from scratch

How to create a Warehouse Pick from a Warehouse Shipment

The most common setup is to use "advanced warehousing" with Mobile WMS, however, your specific setup might be different.

This utilizes Warehouse Shipment and Picks as opposed to picking directly for a Sales Order etc.


Perform the following steps:

  1. Release a Sales order with lines for the relevant Location
  2. Create a Warehouse Shipment from the Sales Order
  3. Release the Warehouse Shipment
  4. Create Warehouse Pick from the Warehouse Shipment
  5. You can now see the Pick document on Mobile

You can now:

  1. Post the Warehouse Pick from mobile
  2. The Warehouse Shipment will now have "Document status" = "Completely picked" (Fig.1)
  3. You can now finalize the Warehouse Shipment and post it, thus completing the Shipping and optionally Invoicing.
